How long we keep information

Where no financial transaction has taken place, and no likelihood of further transaction is perceived, data will be retained until review, for a maximum of 2 years.
Where a financial transaction has taken place, data is retained for a maximum of 6 years to comply with tax requirements.
Where a legal contract has been established, data is retained while the contract is in force, and for 6 years thereafter.
